We had a guy come out yesterday and I missed his name. I don’t think he wanted to do the work. He said it would take 2 people and they’d be back today. But, all we needed was Tommy the T. Train. He came out today and got the job done alone. He wasn’t scared. He went above and beyond for us. His friendly, upbeat attitude was exactly what I needed this week. I won’t call anyone else for my future plumber needs. 10 stars for him.
Needed a hybrid water heater installed. Technician managed to fit me in the next day instead of the next Monday which was nice. Only took a couple of hours to do. He made it look easy. I was worried it would take longer or run into issues since hybrid units require routing more pipe and whatnot. I forgot his name but he was professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Managed to do it for $200 less than quoted from another big competitor. Overall, I'm highly pleased and would recommend this company for any intimidating plumbing job.

Dominic was excellent! I needed someone quickly to come out and help with my grandfather’s bathroom sink plumbing. EZ-Flow was very knowledgeable of the problem and very courteous to my family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Tommy and Tyler were prompt and knowledgeable. Quickly figured out our issue and gave us all the information needed to get the right people to help when it was discovered to be a tile issue rather than a plumbing issue. Highly recommend.
Very satisfied with Austin's communication and quality of service as he worked to find a solution for us over the weekend. He was in the middle of several emergencies but still managed to keep us updated on the status of our repair and his timeline for arrival. He also followed upon completion to make sure we receive copies of any additional documentation needed for the repair.
We have an old house with some confusing plumbing. Tommy was able to figure out why our kitchen sink was draining slowly and came up with a solution to fix it. Highly recommend these guys.
